Romantic, Elegant Wedding Inspiration at The Highgrove Estate | Raleigh, NC Photographer

Hi, lovelies!

I'm so excited to share this collection of images with everyone! This blog post has been a long time coming, so I'm super stoked to release these photographs.

This editorial styled shoot was carefully planned by the talented Jess MacDonald of Hand Stitched Events and shot in the newly renovated Highgrove Estate, a beautiful and classy wedding venue perfect for couples and their guests. The backyard pergola overlooks a lake, an ideal setting for any intimate ceremony. With its new renovations and all-inclusive services, Highgrove Estate is a classic location for any couple who is looking to find a welcoming venue in the South.

We chose a blush nude gown designed by Marchesa from Rent the Runway to contrast with the blue details in the rentals. The rentals were provided by the Greenhouse Picker Sisters, a family-driven business in the art of collecting vintage furniture and other decor. The Cupcake Shoppe Bakery of Raleigh provided the delicious and equally as beautiful cakes, the shop being Raleigh's first and finest cupcake boutique and bakery. The floral designs were done by Cary Florist, whom also have a second location in Raleigh known as North Raleigh Florist

The wedding suites were designed and printed by the talented Ally MacWilliams of Up Your Ally Designs. The female model, Olivia Jacobs, was styled by Kim Beebe on makeup who chose a soft look with hints of blush pink to compliment the color palette. Kerri Kunsman styled a loose but intricate braid, choosing a few pieces to frame the face. Ryan Duncan, the male model, wore a suit provided by Bernard's Formalwear, located in the heart of downtown Durham. Sara Logan Photography was on set as second shooter and assistant.

Thank you to everyone who made this day a perfect success! We could have not done it without you.
